WASH SERVICE
An Econo-Wash service is a quick and
economical way to achieve a clean roof
appearance. This method is commonly
referred to as a “chemical cleaning”
with “no-pressure”. This is the only
roof cleaning service offered by
virtually all other roof cleaning
companies.
The chemical
that is used, sodium hypochlorite,
(liquid pool chlorine) is sprayed onto
the roof in a high concentration and the
roof is bleached to a clean appearance.
Since chlorine has no cleaning agents or
capabilities, the effectiveness is
usually short-term. This product and
process is not environmentally safe and
can cause damage to landscaping and harm
pets and well as dry out and shorten the
life of the roof.
Best efforts
are given to prevent such damage such as
covering the plants, however, because of
the nature of the product and the
sensitivity of certain foliage, no
guarantee, expressed or implied, is
offered with this service.
WHY SHOULD YOU CHOOSE AN “ECONO WASH”
ROOF CLEANING SERVICE?
This service may seem ideal for home
sellers, management companies and
apartment complexes, but should NEVER be
considered. Not only is it dangerous to
