inspection, a thorough coating of Shingle Coat™ is applied to the
roof. Shingle Coat™ is an elastomeric acrylic co-polymer with a
built-in biocide that bridges hairline cracks. It also locks the
granules in place and keeps the roof spotlessly clean for years. Also,
Shingle Coat™ leaves the roof with a brand new satin finish look.

a thorough coating of Shingle Guard™ is applied to the roof as a layer of
protection and to help bond the granules. Shingle Guard™ is polymer
with fungicides that is designed to BOND the granules and keep the roof
clean for the life of the roof as long as the Shingle Guard maintenance
program is continued.
